| 摘 要： | 针对利用动物乳腺生物反应器技术生产重组蛋白,具有生产效率高和经济效益明显的特点。综述了制备乳腺生物反应器时表达载体构建和基因转移两个关键环节的研究现状,并就基因打靶和体细胞克隆技术的结合探讨了乳腺生物反应器的发展趋势。 |

| Abstract: | The mammary gland bioreactor is an efficient and novel technique to produce functional proteins,which has great commercial value.The article reviews the current status of construction of expression vector and ways of gene transfer,the two key procedures in mammary gland bioreactor.Moreover,the article discusses the prospect of mammary gland bioreactor based on the conjunction of gene targeting and somatic cloning. |
