摘    要:通过砂培试验研究了有机肥时外源白毒物质苯丙烯酸(CA)、对羟基苯甲酸(HA)胁迫下黄瓜幼苗活性氧代谢的影响.结果表明,CA,HA处理的黄瓜幼苗叶片O2产生速率、H2O2含量和质膜透性显著提高,并且随着自毒物质浓度的增加,呈升高趋势.加有机肥显著降低了自毒物质胁迫下黄瓜幼苗叶片O2的产生速率、H2O2含量和质膜透性.说明加有机肥显著降低了细胞膜透性和自毒物质对黄瓜叶片细胞膜的伤害.

Abstract:Sand culture experiment was carried out to study the effect of adding organic fertilizer on active oxygen species metabolism of cucumber seedlings under cinnamic acid ( CA ), p-hydroxybenzoic acid ( HA ) stress.
