薏苡花粉母细胞减数分裂过程的观察

薏苡在主茎第１．２片完全叶露尖时花粉母细胞减数分裂开始，最后一片叶露尖时四分体形成。雄穗中部最先开始减数分裂，然后依次向上、向下开始；每小穗的第２朵小花比第豆朵小花先开始减数分裂；同一花药内的花粉母细胞减数分裂不同步。四分体多为左右对称型，少数为Ｔ型、直列式、交叉式。成熟花粉粒为三细胞花粉，具有１个萌发孔。

A Study on the Meiosis of the Pollen Mother Cell of Coix lacryma-jobi L. var frumentacea Makino

Abstract The process of the meiosis of pollen mother cells and pollen development had been investigated in C.lacrymajobi L.var frumentacea Makino. the results showed:when the 12th leaf of Coix. appeared the meiosis started and the tetraspore was formed when the last leaf began to appear.The meiosis process started earlier in the middle place of a male receme than in the other place and earlier in the second floret than in the first floret in a spikelet.The pollen mother cells were not of the same meiosis stages in the same anther. There were four types of tetraspore i. e. symmetrcal-teraspore. T-tetraspore line-tetraspore and crosstetraspore. The ripe pollen grains were 3-celled pollen grains and there was one germination hole in its cell wall.
