重庆市三峡库区城镇化与生态协调性评价探讨

长江三峡成库后,库区生态环境更加脆弱,产业空心化日益突显;随着库区移民投资的逐渐减少,库区城镇化动力已显不足。本文分析了库区城镇化发展与生态建设间存在的主要问题,以ARCGIS9为工作平台,应用多级加权求和综合评价模型进行了城镇化和生态环境的协同度评价并进行了协同性等级划分,针对各等级提出了城镇化和生态的发展调控方向。

Assessment of Harmonizing Developing of Urbanization and Ecology Protection in Three Gorges Reservoir of Chongqing

After Three Gorges Reservoir come into being,new changes and ecological problems have come forth in the frail Three gorges reservoir area.After the migrating of the inhabitants in Three Gorges Reservoir Area,"Industrial Hollowing"problem has become more and more evident.With the migrating investment decreasing year by year in Three Gorges Reservoir Area,the driving power of urbanization have become more and more impotent.Firstly,this paper analyses the problems of urbanization and ecology in Three Gorges Reservoir Area to educe the conflict aspects of urbanization and ecology.then,with the workstation of ARCGIS and the synthetic evaluation model of weighted sum,this paper evaluates the coordination degree between urbanization and environment in research area,and sets about the urbanization and environmental divisions,and the ecological planning diredtions of every division.
