彩色生漆的调制技术研究

采取真空减压过滤，注入氮气加热的方法，阻断漆酚氧化的条件，经过滤脱色手段，除去焦化的黑色物质，调制固化剂，促进漆酚与其发生聚合、交联，从而固化成膜的新型技术方法对彩色生漆进行调色调制。在对主漆、颜料、固化剂的不同调配比例进行实验的基础上，分别选出制取白色、黑色、红色、黄色、蓝色面漆的最佳调制方案。并对本方法和传统方法调制的色漆在颜色、理化性能、使用性能进行比较，本方法调制的色漆各方面均优于传统方法。

Research on the Modulation Technique of Colored Lacquer

Abstracts:The technique of vacuum filtration and injecting nitrogen can interrupt oxidation of urushiol. Then, filtration and decolorization are applied, and the black coal coking material is removed. The colored lacquer is prepared through confecting the hardener and promoting the polymerization and cross linking of it and urushiol. Using the method and changing the ratio of the main painting, pigment and hardener to select the best method of modulation for white, black, red, yellow and blue topcoat. The results show that comparing with the traditional modulating method, the colored paint modulated by this new method is superior in the color, properties of physical and chemical properties, service performance.
