当阳市地理坐标转换参数及估算方法研究

摘    要:通过在Google Earth中采集公共点的WGS84经纬度坐标、在DRG上采集北京54和西安80平面坐标,本文采用布尔莎七参数模型,估算出当阳市WGS84转北京54、西安80坐标和北京54转西安80坐标的转换参数,并用公共点坐标和影像叠合两种方法进行了转换精度检验,结果表明:WGS84转北京54、西安80坐标的误差〈2.5m,北京54转西安80坐标的误差〈0.3m,能满足林业调查规划的精度要求,所求参数可以在林业调查规划中使用。

Abstract:Through the acquisition of the public WGS84 latitude and longitude coordinate in Google Earth and Beijing 54 and Xi'an 80 plane coordinate in the DRG and using Bursa's 7-parameter model, this paper estimated the coordinate conversion parameters of Dangyang City from WGS84 to Beijing 54 and Xi'an 80 and from Beijing 54 to Xi'an 80, and tested the conversion accuracy of the coordinate conversion parameters using the methods of public point coordinates and image superposition. The results showed that the errors from WGS84 to Beijing 54, Xi'an 80 and from Beijing 54 to Xi'an 80 were less than 2.5 m and 0.3 m respectively, and they could meet the precision requirement of forestry investigation and planning, and the parameters could be applied in forestry investigation and planning.
