昆虫抗药性研究进展及其新农药开发对策

摘    要:昆虫抗药性是一种遗传性状,其通过改变昆虫体内基因起作用。目前利用分子原理可知抗性害虫基因组序列,从而确定其抗性情况。本文阐述了近年昆虫抗药性机制(靶标抗性和代谢抗性)的研究进展,提出了新农药的研制与开发对策。

Abstract:Insecticide resistance is an inherited characteristic involving changes in one or more insect gene. Its genome sequences can be determined by using molecular basis, then confirm its resistance. This paper reviews what is currently known about insecticide resistance mechanisms (target site and metabolic) and discusses the new pesticide research direction.
