| 摘 要： | 谷氨酰胺(Gln)在核酸生物合成、促进细胞增殖、抗氧化以及维持肠道正常形态和功能、改善免疫系统的功能上均具有十分重要的生物学作用.对谷氨酰胺的结构和谷氨酰氨在促进动物生长、泌乳、调节酸碱平衡、对肠道结构和免疫系统的调节作用以及谷氨酰氨在动物生产上的应用进行了综述.

| Abstract: | Glutamine plays an important role in nucleic acid biosynthesis, the effect against amino acid oxidation, regulation the immune system, intestinal normal structure maintenance.The article reviewed the theoretical basis of the glutamine for nucleic acid biosynthesis, the effect against amino acid oxidation, regulation the immune system, intestinal normal structure maintenance and the application in the animal production. |
