| 摘 要： | 蒜瓣休眠是大蒜鳞茎成熟后的生理过程，休眠期长短直接影响蒜头商品特性和栽培中种瓣的萌动。本文综述了前人研究蒜瓣休眠期间各项生理指标的变化规律，打破或延迟蒜瓣休眠的方法|分析了蒜瓣休眠机制研究进展和产销期间蒜头休眠应用中存在的问题，提出了大蒜休眠机制的研究方向。
