| 摘 要： | 选取甘蓝、甜椒、黄瓜、芹菜、番茄5种蔬菜作物种子，在设定的温度〔70、80、90、100 ℃和对照（25 ℃）〕下，在恒温干燥箱中烘干8 h，通过测定种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数，探讨不同作物种子安全的烘干温度。结果表明：70 ℃是所选5种蔬菜作物种子的安全烘干温度|对于中椒7号甜椒种子、中农14号黄瓜种子和文图拉芹菜种子，80 ℃也是较为安全的烘干温度。

| Abstract: | The seeds of 5 vegetable varieties were treated under different temperatures for 8 hours，so as to find out the safe temperatures for of dry-heating different vegetable seeds．The results indicate that 70 ℃ is the safe temperature for all treated groups，and 80 ℃ is the safe temperature for sweet pepper（Capsicum annuum L.）seed‘Zhongjiao No.7’，cucumber（Cucumis sativus L.）seed‘Zhongnong No.14’，and celery（Apium graveolens L.）seed‘Vetula’． |
