| 摘 要： | 通过分析得出了气候对油菜生产的主要影响为历史罕见秋季干旱,油菜苗情差;10月下旬至次年1月上旬气温连续偏高,部分油莱发育进程较快;低温冰冻天气使油菜正常生长受阻,且发育进程越快的受冻害越重:低温冻害是菌核病危害严重的主要气候原因之一;2月份后期至3月份光温水资源充足.对油菜生长补偿作用明显,但异常高温使花期缩短.基于以上观点提出了一些应对冰雪低温灾害的措施和建议.
