Preliminary Discussion ofthe Theoretical Basis for Industrialized Management of Soil and Water Conservation

The industrialization of soil and water conservation should have solid theory as guide. All production and business activities must obey the market economy theory in market economy to carry out the industrialized production and management suitable to market economy. In order to obtain the continuous unity of economic, ecological and social benefits in industrialization and operation of soil and water conservation, ecological economy theory must be used as guide. Enlarging operation scale of the business main body and combination of inner industrialized economic units in this field are two major ways for realization of soil and water conservation industrialization.
