浅析房地产景观设计全程化管理

随着中国房地产市场的日趋成熟，越来越多的房地产开发商开始意识到景观设计的重要性。景观设计的品质直接决定着房产品的品质，然而大多数半路出家的开发商的景观设计管理能力比工程管理和营销管理的专业能力薄弱得多。作为地产公司的景观设计管理者，笔者结合自身景观设计管理和工程管理的工作经验，阐述对地产开发商景观设计管理的认识和理解，提出景观全程化管理的概念和实现的方法，以更好地指导以后的景观设计管理工作。

Initial Analysis on Landscape Management Mode of Real Estate

With the growing of the real estate market , the landscape design has attracted more attentions of the developers. Although landscape design determines the quality of the real estate, but actually the developers’ capabilities of landscape design management is much weaker than project management and marketing management. As a staff of landscape design management, we propose the concept of entire process management and comment how to realize it. This article prefer to provide useful information for the future landscape design management.
