家蚕血淋巴超氧化物歧化酶初步研究

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳，浓缩胶３．３％，分离胶６．５％，分析家蚕血淋巴超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）。结果表明，家蚕血淋巴ＳＯＤ在大部分供试品种中能明显看到两茶酶带，少数品种只能见到两条弱带或仅存在一条活性带。品种间酶带的宽度及染色程度亦存在明显的差异。家蚕血淋巴ＳＯＤ以Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ－ＳＯＤ型为主，少数品种中亦可能存在Ｍｎ－ＳＯＤ型与Ｆｅ－ＳＯＤ型。家蚕肠液ＳＯＤ同工酶也有两条弱酶带，其ＳＯＤ酶活力较低。

PRIMARY REPORT ON THE SUPEROXIDEDISMUTASE IN LARVAL BLOOD OF BOMBYX MORI

Superoxide Dismutase(SOD)in larval blood was analysed by means of polyacry-lamide gel eletrophoresis. The gel characteristics were C=3.3% and T=6.5%. Theelectrophoretic procedure was carried with a pH 8.3 Tris glycine buffer system at 5℃and at 10mA for C gel part,20 mA for T gel part.The gels were stained for SOD in a re-action mixture of 50ml 0.1M Tris HCl pH8.0 buffer,50ml dH2O,8mg EDTA,6mg Ri-boflavin and 3ml NBT. In most races tested two isozyme band areas for blood SOD weredetected while in a few of others only one band or none was found. Also,the band sizesand colours of different races showed significant difference. It could be considered thatthe blood SOD of silkworm belongs to Cu/Zn SOD type while the types of Mn SODand Fe SOD are likely to exist in some races. SOD Isozyme of silkworm intestinal juicealso showed two light bands,SOD activity is low.
