我国农业现代化发展水平评价方法研究

对农业现代化发展水平进行综合评价，有利于找出农业现代化发展过程中存在的问题和短板，对于推动农业现代化快速发展意义重大。准确科学的评价农业现代化发展水平，评价方法尤为关键。本文立足我国农业现代化发展的新阶段，应用文献归纳法、实证分析法和对比研究法等方法，对学界几种常用的农业现代化发展水平评价方法的优缺点及应用范围进行分析，并分别采用多指标综合测度法、模型法和BP神经网络法等三种评价方法对30个省（市、自治区）2020年农业现代化发展水平进行了测算与评价。研究表明，不同的评价方法所得的结果差异产生于评价方法本身不同的内涵和性质，也与评价数据的标准化处理方法和权重确定方法有关。多指标综合测度法结合了主观和客观的评价手段，评价过程相较于另外几种评价方法更为合理，其评价结果也最符合我国农业现代化发展的实际情况。

The evaluation method of the development level of agricultural modernization in China

A comprehensive evaluation of the development level of agricultural modernization is conducive to identifying the problems and shortcomings in the development process and to clarifying the development direction of agricultural modernization in the future. Based on the new stage of the development of agricultural modernization in China, this paper studies the advantages, disadvantages, and application scope of several commonly used evaluation methods of agricultural modernization development level in academic circles by literature induction, empirical analysis and comparative research. In addition, this paper adopts three evaluation methods, including the multi-index comprehensive measurement, an empirical model, and the BP neural network, to analyze the development levels of agricultural modernization in 30 provinces (cities, autonomous regions) in 2020. This study finds that the difference of results obtained by different evaluation methods comes from the different connotation and nature of the evaluation method itself and is also related to the standardized processing method and weight determination method of evaluation data. This research also shows that the multi-index comprehensive measurement method combining subjective and objective evaluation methods is more reasonable than other evaluation methods, and its evaluation results are most in line with the actual situation of the development of agricultural modernization in China.
