摘 要: | 目的测定不同产地朝鲜淫羊藿总黄酮含量,比较不同产地朝鲜淫羊藿的质量;方法按2005版药典紫外一可见分光光度法,以淫羊藿苷为标准品,在270nm波长下测定吸光度,计算总黄酮含量;结果在0.15mg~0.52rug范围内,淫羊藿苷mg数与吸光度A值线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.14%,RSD=1.66%,r=0.9989。不同产地朝鲜淫羊藿总黄酮含量分别为敦化基地(茎6.49%,叶18.75%,地上部分17.63%)、敦化野生(茎4.24%,叶18.18%,地上部分11.85%)、临江野生(茎5.10%,叶14.29%,地上部分13.12%)、北朝鲜野生(茎3.83%,叶11.47%,地上部分10.30%);结论不同产地朝鲜淫羊藿总黄酮含量差异较大,敦化基地的含量最高,依次是临江野生、敦化野生、北朝鲜野生。同一产地的朝鲜淫羊藿不同部位总黄酮含量也有较大差异。

Abstract: | Object: To determinate and compare different place of production the content of total flavonoid in Epimdium Koreanum Nai. Methods: Thecontentof totalflavonoidin Epimdium Koreanum Nai was determinedby Pharmacopeia. method,U-V spectrophotometry , Icariin was standard preparation. Wave length 270nm. Results: Themassof icariin (mg) and Abs werelinearintherangeof 0.15 mg-0.52mg. The average recovery was 100. 14%, RSD:i. 66%. Thecontentoftotal flavonoidinthedifferent place of production was base of operations in Dunhua(stem.6.49%, leave: 18.75%, aerial partslT.63%), grow wild in Dunhua(stemA.24%, leave: 18.18%, aerial partsl 1.85 %), grow wild in Linjiang(stem.5.10 %, leave: 14.29 %, aerial parts13.12%), grow wild in the Northem Korea(stem.3.83 %, leave: 11.47 %, aerial parts 10.30 %) Conclusions: Thecontentoftotal flavonoidinthe different place of production of Epimdium Koreanum Nai. was very different. Thecontentoftotal flavonoidinthe same place of production, different part of Epirndium Koreanum Nai. was also different. |
