摘    要:高校教师是一个高科学知识水平、高科研能力、蕴能巨大的人力资源群体。高校人力资源管理的进步将给学生、高校以及整个社会带来极大的效益。对河北省7所重点高校人力资源管理中存在的教师数量不足、结构不够合理、压力较大以及奖评和培训不合理状况等问题进行了实证调查与研究,并从“以人为本”管理、优化配置、创新培训、完善激励机制等方面提出了建议。

Abstract:The teachers are human resources communities who have high scientific,state-of-art,research ability and contain huge energy.The progress of the human resources management will bring enormous benefit for students,universities and the entire society.Real diagnosis investigation and research for the problems was done on situations like the lack of quantity and quality in the human resources management,the unreasonable structure,the bigger pressure and the unreasonable condition of the rewarding mechanism and training.Moreover we have put forward reasonable suggestions for the management of human-oriented,optimized disposition,the innovation of tranning, the mechanism of incentives and so on.
