| Abstract: | The main meteorological disaster factors affecting sustainable development of agriculture in Changsha area were analyzed.Then the important conditions of building a new socialist countryside and ensuring sustainable development of agriculture were proposed,which were as follows: understanding and mastering the law of meteorological disasters,using agro-climatic resources reasonably,improving the utilization ratio of solar energy,strengthening prevention and mitigation of meteorological disaster and industrialization services of agriculture. |
