摘    要:采用微波消解-微分电位溶出法对大米中砷进行测定。结果:测定砷的线性范围为0~200 ng,回收率为93.2%~105.4%,相对标准偏差为2.35%。该法操作快速、简便,结果准确、可靠。

Abstract:A method for the simultaneous determination of arsenic content in rice by microwave digestion-differential potentiometric stripping analysis was established.The results indicated that the peak currents were linear with the concentration of arsenic in the range from 0 ng to 200 ng,the recovery was 93.2%~105.4%,and the relative standard deviation was 2.35%.This method is rapid,simple,accurate and reliable.
