| 摘 要： | 本文针对农业科研成果转化中的成果本身不配套、不成熟和缺乏接产单位等主要障碍，从农业科研选题立项的角度进行了分析。提出开展农业科研应根据“三大”需要，并建议：突出“重大”选题，促进成果配套适用化；加强课题的跟踪调整，避免重复研究，提高成果的创新程度和竞争能力；加强中试条件，提高成果的“成熟性”。

| Abstract: | Abstract From achievement formation process points of view, the main obstacles of the transformation of agricultural scientific achievement were the imperfections, unmature and lack of applying unit, we suggested: Emphasising large-scale and important projects, promoting the systematication and adaptability of achievements.
