| 摘 要： | 农业是生物技术最重要的应用领域之一，农业生物技术只有走产业化的道路，才能为我国农业、进而为国民经济建设作出应有的贡献。社会主义市场经济体制的确立和现有农业生物技术研究的良好基础，为我国农业生物技术的产业化提供了基础和优势。现阶段，应选择具有世界领先地位的细胞工程作产业化先导，建立中试基地，制定优惠政策，加强宏观调控，加强基础理论研究和人才培养。

| Abstract: | Abstract Agriculture is one of the most important areas for applyingthe biotechnology. Industrialization is the only way for agro-biotechnology to contribute to chinese agriculture and nationaleconomic construction.The establishment of socialist marketingeconomical system has provided good conditions for the industri alization. At present, in order to prospering the agro-biotechno-logy industrialization,cell-enginerring should be considered asa priority for the industrialization,together with the establish-ment of mediumscale trial stations ; formulating favourable policy; strenthening macro-adjustment and the basic theory study; andtraining the qualified persons. |
