摘    要:对宁夏农科院人才结构分析认为,1994~2002年是人才非常时期,表现为学术带头人严重不足、课题参加人过剩、执行人偏紧、主持人奇缺。应在培养选拔、压担子、协作攻关、调整工作任务及借助外力方面下功夫。

DISCUSSION ON THE TEMPORARY SHORTAGE OF QUALIFIED PERSONNEL IN THE AGRICULTURAL SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH SYSTEM IN NINGXIA
Abstract:Abstract A critical period will appear in 1994 and continue to2000when there will be a temproary shortage of qualified personnel in Ningxia Academy of Agricultural & Forestry Sciences. The way out for these problems lies in (1)selecting the promising youngers and bringing them up,(2)assigning research titles to them,(3)assigning them to be trained in comprehensive projects,(4)harmonizing research tasks among the institutes under the academy,and(5)inviting back the needed specialists from the retired personnel and even from the other provinces.
