NaCl胁迫对番茄种子发芽特性的影响

摘    要:采用4个番茄栽培品种,以不同浓度NaCl对种子发芽作盐胁迫处理.结果表明:盐胁迫对番茄种子发芽影响显著,在NaCl浓度为20 mmol/L时发芽率明显下降.不同品种间耐盐性存在很大差异.其中,品种"特大早丰"的耐盐力最强,在NaCl浓度为80 mmol/L发芽率还达到26%.最不耐盐的品种是"L402"和"保冠1号",当NaCl浓度为80 mmol/L时发芽率接近0,说明此浓度下严重影响发芽或不能发芽.

Abstract:Seeds of 4 tomato cultivars were evaluated for germination under 0(control),20,40,60,80 mmol/L NaCl stress Germination time increased and germination percentage decrease in response to NaCl stress in all cultivars,however,variation among cultivars was observed.'Tedazaofeng' was mose resistant to NaCl stress.At 80 mmol/L germination percentage was 26%.'L402' and Baoguan-1 'were most susceptible to NaCl stress.At 80 mmol/L no seed germinated.
