基于SPCE061A的食用菌培养室智能控制器的研究

摘    要:针对黑木耳生产发菌管理环节存在难以控制问题,提出了一种菌丝培养室温湿度、CO2浓度智能控制器。该控制器采用了数字温湿度传感器,CO2传感器模块。SPCE061A单片机及相应的控制算法,控制风门、引风机(烘道加热)、电炉(辅助加热)、加湿机、换气扇工作,使培养室内的温湿度及空气质量达到菌丝培养期间各阶段的工艺要求。

Abstract:Intelligent controller of temperature and humidity of hypha culture room and desity of CO2 were put forward according to controlling problem difficultily of management link for Auricularia auricula in this paper.This controller has adopted the digital temperature and humidity sensor , the controller module of carbon dioxide.SPCE061A one-chip computer and controlling algorithms correspondingly.Control the air door , electric stove of the air-introduced machine (the tunnel is heated ) ,electric stove(heat auxiliarily), the humidification machine, scavenger fan work.It met the needs of each technological stage for temperature and humidity and air quality,which needed in the period of cultivation hypha.
