| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国城市土地分等研究的现状；分析了影响城市土地等别的6大因素。以山西省为例，在仔细分析其自然、经济和社会状况的基础上，建立了山西省城市土地分等指标体系，并对一些指标的合理性进行了论述。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the current research state of the urban land grading in China, and analyzed the six main factors that affecting the urban land grades. On the basis of the studying the natural, economic and social conditions of Shanxi Province, the urban land grading system of Shanxi Province was established.
