| 摘 要： | 美洲斑潜蝇成虫羽化高峰在6:00~10:00。幼虫孵出后即潜入叶肉取食,经3~4d即老熟,老熟幼虫爬出虫道化蛹的高峰期在6:00~10:00。化蛹在土表至土层3mm深处,这一土层中的化蛹数占总数的80%左右。土壤含水量在0%~35%范围内,蛹存活率为72.93%~91.05%,当土壤含水量达40%以上时,蛹存活率下降为0%。

| Abstract: | Emergence peak of Liriomyza sativae appears during 6:00~10:00. The larvae feed on the leaves in the tunnel after hatching,and pupate in 3~4 days.The peak of pupation is found during 6:00~10:00,the number of pupation in 0~3mm deep soil layer accounts for about 80% of the total pupated.The survival rate of pupae is 72.93%~91.05% when the water content in soil is 0%~35%,while the water content in soil is above 40%,the survival rate decreases to 0%. |
