摘    要:为提高马铃薯种质试管苗保存质量,研究了植物生长延缓剂B9在不同浓度范围(10~60 mg/L)对费乌瑞它试管苗株高、叶数、可用节数和成活率的影响.结果表明:B9对马铃薯试管苗的生长有抑制作用;B9浓度40 mg/L可明显延长试管苗的保存时间,使培养234 d的试管苗成活率仍能达到90%,且不影响试管苗继代.结论:用40 mg/L的B9保存马铃薯种质试管苗,可减少试管苗转接次数,降低污染比例,节约人力、物力.

Abstract:The effects of B9 on their growth indexes of Favorite,such as plant height,leaf number,number of useable stems and the survival rate were studied to improve the quality of test-tube plantlets during the storage time.
