摘    要:采用SRAP分子标记技术对23个金针菇菌株进行分析,使用生物软件构建系统树.试验筛选出了7个扩增谱带清晰、多态性好的SRAP引物.聚类分析结果表明,遗传相似系数变异范围为0.143~1.000,遗传差异较大,相似系数为0.486时,23个菌株聚为3个群.实验结果显示出SRAP技术能够客观反映出全部供试材料遗传关系.

Abstract:23 Flammulina velutipes strains were studied with SRAP(Sequence-related Amplified Polymorphism) and a dendrogram was constructed with NTSYSpc2.1 software.7 primer pairs,which could produce distinct and polymorphic bands,were chosen for SRAP analysis.The results showed that its similarity coefficients ranged from 0.143 to 1.000 and thus a farther genetic distance,and 23 accessions were clustered into 3 groups at the similarity coefficient of 0.486,which indicated that SRAP technique could be used as a good t...
