| 摘 要： | 本文参照GB/T13091-2002和GB4789.4-2010方法对1份骨粉样品进行沙门氏菌检测.结果表明:25 g样品中检出沙门氏菌,经血清分型确认为利卡沙门氏菌,该沙门氏菌血清型在四川省属首次检出.同时对样品受污染原因进行了研究,旨在为避免骨粉类产品受沙门氏菌污染提供意见与参考.

| Abstract: | In this paper,25 g bone meal sample was detected according to GB/T13091-2002 and GB4789.4-2010 methods.The result showed that the sample detected with serological testing was Salmonella Lika which was detected for the first time in Sichuan province.At the same time,the reasons of contamination were analyzed for giving advice and suggestion in order to prevent bone meal from contaminating. |
