| 摘 要： | 薯类是我国第四大粮食作物,随着国际粮油价格的走高和食品加工业的不断发展,各种薯类产品越来越受人们的青睐,面四川是我国薯类的主要种植区,本文对四川薯类产业竞争力状况以及产业发展中的产业链管理相关情况做了技术经济分析,并基于此提出相应的建议,以期为薯类产业健康持续发展,保障国家粮食安全作出应有贡献.
