赤眼鳟的生长特性及养殖技术

通过观察发现,赤眼鳟体重小于350g为生长快速阶段,大于350g则生长缓慢;郁江网箱饲养的赤眼鳟2~4月生长最快,5月份后生长速度明显下降,8月、10月至次年1月生长最慢。根据赤眼鳟生长特性,对网箱养殖采取相应的改进技术:体重约300g时,大小个体分养;体重大于350g时,投喂的饲料含粗蛋白30%~32%,其中动物性饲料占25%;洪水来临前多喂,洪水到时停喂,冬季少量多餐给饵。改进养殖技术后,其产量、产值、利润和劳动生产率分别比常规养殖增加11.39%、13.16%、18.73%和11.40%。

Growth characteristics and culture techniques of Barbel chub (Squaliobarbus Curriculus)

The growth of female Barbel chub(Squaliobarbus curriculus) was investigated in the experiment.The results showed that Barbel chub grew fast before the body weight reached 350 g,but more slowly after over 350 g.In Yujiang River,Barbel chub grew fast during February to April in cages,but the growth rate declined obviously after May and became the lowest in August and from October to January of next year.Based on the growth characteristics of Barbel chub,the following feeding techniques were recommended for the cage culture in Yujiang River.Barbel chub should be separately cultured according to the size variation when the fish weighted about 300g;the feed with 30%-32% crude protein in which animal protein accounted for 25% was given to Barbel chub when it reached 350g.Barbel chub should be fed more before flood season and should not be fed during the flood season.However,the fish should be fed more frequently with less allowance in winter.As compared to the control cages for traditional feed,the yield,production value,gross profit and labor efficiency of the improved culture techniques increased by 11.39%,13.16%,18.7% and 11.40%,respectively.
