| 摘 要： | 通过对数字参考咨询服务基本概念、必要条件以及几种主要服务模式的阐述,提出数字参考咨询服务是网络环境下传统参考咨询服务的延伸和发展,它具有方便、快捷、高效、准确等特点。要想提升数字参考咨询服务的质量和水平,必须不断推动网络技术的应用,构建知识网络,培养高素质参考馆员及构筑一个设置合理、管理优良的服务平台,这样才能更好地满足用户的信息需求。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the author brings up that digital reference services are the expansion and development of traditional digital reference services under network environment.It includes the following characteristics:convenience,shortcut,high efficiency,and precision.If one wants to improve the quality and level of digital reference services,he should promote the application of network technology,construct knowledge network,train reference librarian to improve high diathesis and construct a service platform with rational configuration and fine management,so that we could do a good job in meeting the information demand of the readers. |
