摘    要:用碱性抽提法和羟基磷灰石柱层析法,加以改进,总结出一套简便易行、低花费的质粒提纯方法。此法适用于一般条件试验室,可进行质粒的批量制备,所提纯质粒经限制性内切酶消解和转化试验,其产量(900μg/500 ml)、纯度和生物学活性均可满足重组DNA的需要。

Abstract:We developed a simple, inexpensive and improved purifyine plasmid method. It is suitable for general laboratories and can be used to get large amount of plasmid. The purified plasmid can be digested and transformed by restriction endoucleases. The production is 900 ug/500ml. The purity and biological activity are available for recombinant DNA.
