| Abstract: | Sweet corn as a new type of fruit and vegetable food was obtained the rapid development in our country in recent years. This article summarized the research status and development trend of quality characteristics, optimum harvesting period, storage, processing technology and application of sweet corn, in order to provide references for the research and the further development and utilization of sweet corn. |
