摘    要:甜玉米作为新型果蔬食品,近年来在我国得到迅速发展。本文对甜玉米的品质特性、适宜采收期、贮藏、加工技术及应用等方面的研究现状和发展趋势进行了综述,可为甜玉米的深入研究和进一步开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:Sweet corn as a new type of fruit and vegetable food was obtained the rapid development in our country in recent years. This article summarized the research status and development trend of quality characteristics, optimum harvesting period, storage, processing technology and application of sweet corn, in order to provide references for the research and the further development and utilization of sweet corn.
