丝兰皂甙对肉仔鸡氮代谢的影响

摘    要:将180羽AA肉鸡随机分成4组,每组3个重复,对照组饲喂基础日粮,其他各组在基础日粮中分别添加60 mg/kg、120 mg/kg和240 mg/kg丝兰皂甙,进行为期35 d的饲养试验。于试鸡21日龄和42日龄,采集每组鸡的粪便和大小肠食糜,测定其尿酸含量;每个重复随机选取2只鸡测定血清中总蛋白,白蛋白和尿酸含量;进行消化代谢试验,测定各组鸡对粗蛋白的消化率。结果表明,日粮中添加60 mg/kg、120 mg/kg丝兰皂甙显著提高21日龄小肠食糜和粪便尿酸含量(P<0.05),240 mg/kg丝兰皂甙显著提高21日龄大肠食糜中尿酸含量(P<0.05);60 mg/kg、120 mg/kg丝兰皂甙降低42日龄小肠食糜尿酸含量(P<0.05),60 mg/kg丝兰皂甙降低42日龄大肠食糜尿酸含量(P<0.05)、240 mg/kg丝兰皂甙显著提高42日龄大肠食糜尿酸含量(P<0.05),60 mg/kg,240 mg/kg丝兰皂甙降低42日龄粪便中尿酸含量(P<0.05);120 mg/kg丝兰皂甙显著提高21日龄肉鸡血清中总蛋白和尿酸含量(P<0.05),60 mg/kg、240 mg/kg丝兰皂甙显著降低21日龄肉鸡血清中白蛋白含量(P<0.05);120 mg/kg、240 mg/kg丝兰皂甙显著降低42日龄肉鸡血清中总蛋白含量(P<0.05),240 mg/kg组显著升高肉鸡血清中白蛋白含量(P<0.05);添加丝兰皂甙组显著升高肉鸡血清中尿酸含量(P<0.05);添加丝兰皂甙显著提高肉鸡对粗蛋白的利用率(P<0.05),不同添加剂量之间差异不显著。

Abstract:180 AA broilers were randomly allocated into four groups,with 3 replicates of 15 broilers in each.60 mg/kg,120 mg/kg and 240 mg/kg Yucconin were added into basal diet,respectively.The basal diet was served as control.The experiment lasted for 35 days.During the experiment,faeces,chyme of small intestine and large intestine were sampled on the 21 and 42-d-old to determine the content of uric acid,two broilers per replicate from each treatment were randomly picked to determine the content of total protein,albumn and uric acid in serum,metabolic test was undertaken to determined the digestibility of crude protein of each treament.The results showed that the addition of 60 mg/kg,120 mg/kg Yucconin to the diet significantly increased the content of uric acid of chyme in small intestine and faeces on 21-d-old broilers(P<0.05),240 mg/kg Yucconin significantly increased the content of uric acid of chyme in large intestine on 21-d-old broilers(P<0.05),60 mg/kg,120 mg/kg Yucconin significantly decreased the content of uric acid of chyme in small intestine on 42-d-old broilers(P<0.05),60 mg/kg Yucconin significantly decreasedthe content of uric acid in chyme of large intestine on 42-d-old broilers(P<0.05),240 mg/kg Yucconin significantly increased the content of uric acid in chyme of large intestine on 42-d-old broilers(P<0.05),60 mg/kg,240 mg/kg Yucconin significantly decreased the content of uric acid in faeces on 42-d-old broilers(P<0.05),120 mg/kg Yucconin significantly increased the content of total protein and uric acid in serum on 21-d-old broilers(P<0.05),60 mg/kg,240 mg/kg Yucconin significantly increased the content of albumn in serum on on 21-d-old broilers(P<0.05),120 mg/kg,240 mg/kg Yucconin significantly decreased the content of total protein in serum on 42-d-old broilers(P<0.05),240 mg/kg Yucconin significantly increased the content of albumn in serum on on 42-d-old broilers(P<0.05),Yucconin significantly increased content of uric acid in serum(P<0.05),Yucconin significantly increased utilization of crude protein(P<0.05),but there was no difference between different treatments.
