摘    要:利用有限元分析方法,结合车身结构改型和方案设计对车身结构的主要开口断面、纵梁挠度和全车应力分布等进行了研究,阐述了面向设计的结构分析思路和方法,定性或定量地分析产品结构变化对性能的影响。

Abstract:At the early stage of design process, analysis and optimisation on product performances can help to increase design reliability and shorten design cycle for a new product. The investigation of auto body performances in body design process by using FE method was carried out including sizes of structural openings, vertical deflections of longitudinal beams of chassis frame and stress distributions over the entire body. This design-oriented structural analysis method can be a valuable reference for improving the conceptual development of a new product.
