| 摘 要： | 犬乳腺肿瘤是最常见的犬类肿瘤之一,严重危害犬的生命健康。circRNA具有特殊的生物学特性和较强的调控功能。circRNA参与乳腺癌的发生发展机制调控,但目前circRNA在犬乳腺肿瘤中的作用机理尚不清楚。文章综述circRNA在犬乳腺肿瘤分子机制研究的应用前景,为进一步研究circRNA在犬乳腺肿瘤的应用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Canine breast tumor is one of the most common tumors in dogs, which seriously endanger the health of dogs. CircRNA has special biological characteristics and strong control functions. circRNA is involved in the regulation of the development of breast cancer, but the current mechanism of circRNA in canine breast tumors is unclear. The review aims to clarify the application prospects of circRNA in the study of the molecular mechanism of canine breast tumors, and provide reference for further research on the application of circRNA in canine breast tumors. |
