云南省草原基层站所标准化建设情况初报

为了解云南省草原基层站所建设现状,采用参与式调查方法与实地调研方式,对云南省10个地州,75个县市的草原基层站所的建设情况进行了全面调研。结果表明,云南省草原基层站所当前存在的主要问题有组织机构不健全、技术力量薄弱、站所基础设施建设不完善等方面,并从机构建设、队伍建设、制度建设、业务建设、基础设施建设等方面提出了草原基层站所标准化建设的初步建议,可为云南省草原保护与可持续利用提供有益参考。

Preliminary Report on Standardization Construction of Grassroots stations in Yunnan Province

In order to understand the current situation of grassland grass-roots stations in Yunnan Province,participatory survey method and field survey method were used to conduct a comprehensive investigation on the construction of grassland grass-roots stations in 10 prefectures and 75 counties in Yunnan Province.The results showed that the main problems of grassroots stations in Yunnan Province are as follows:imperfect organization,weak technical force,imperfect infrastructure construction,etc This paper puts forward some preliminary suggestions on the standardization construction of grassroots stations from the aspects of organization construction,team building,system construction,skill building and infrastructure construction,so as to provide useful reference for the protection and sustainable utilization of grassland in Yunnan Province.
