络石内生真菌的生态分布

摘    要:2002年春夏两季,在南京东郊紫金山采集健康的络石植株用于植物内生真菌的生态分布调查,春季分离得到977株,夏季分离得到624株,共计l601株内生真菌,经鉴定分属于40个类群。统计表明络石内生真菌的分布存在季节差异、空间差异、组织部位与年龄差异:春夏两季分离的内生真菌在种类上大体一致,但分离频率不同;优势菌群的组成与数量随采样地点、分离组织部位的不同而变化;作为一种藤本植物,络石的茎与根分离到的内生真菌在种类与数量上较为丰富;春夏两季的实验结果均表明幼嫩组织内生真菌感染率显著低于老的组织。

Abstract:A systematic survey of the endophytic assemblages of Trachelospermum jasminoides (Lindl.) Lem. has been performed to investigate the dependency of the fungal endophytic population on the hosts' tissues, age-stages, sampling sites and seasons. Healthy wild plants were sampled in the suburb of Nanjing, and a total of 1601 endophytic fungi isolates (977 strains in spring; 624 strains in summer) grouped into 40 taxa was obtained from T. jasminoides. We found season preference, tissue specificity, spatial heterogeneity of endophyte distribution in T. jasminoides. It was shown that: (a) The dominant genera in two seasons were similar, but isolation frequency of endophytes was different; (b) Fungal species compositions were distinct on different tissues of T. jasminoides in four sampled sites. The degree of endophytes infection was relatively higher in stems than in other tissues parts of T. jasminoides; and (c) The number of fungi in old tissues was obviously more than that in the same young one.
