松茸菌丝体培养基的优化研究

摘    要:研究了松茸菌丝体在浜田、BM、MMN、PDA、麦芽汁、松针浸汁6种外生菌根菌培养基中的生长繁殖状况。结果显示:松茸菌丝体在固体平板上25℃静置培养,形成典型的草帽形菌落,在浜田培养基和麦芽浸汁培养基中菌落直径扩增最快,呈线性增长,培养30d的菌落直径分别可达34.07mm和32.15mm,平均日生产量分别为1.07mm和1.01mm。松茸菌丝体在MMN液体培养基中积累生物量最多,达5.1240g/100mL;其次为麦芽汁培养基,积累生物量为4.4810g/100mL。松茸在松针浸汁培养基中生长最慢。遮光与见光培养,菌丝体重量差异不明显,表明松茸菌丝的生长对光照不敏感。

Abstract:Growth andpropagation conditions of Mehyphostroma of Tricholoma matsutake on the media of Bin-tian, BM, MMN, PDA, malt extract and pine needle extract were studied in this paper. The results showed that Bin-tian and malt extract were the better media, and the mushroom grew fast and formed a typical colony of straw hat for the fixed culture at 25℃, and the diameter achieved 34.07cm and 32.15cm in this two media 30d after cultivation, and was 1.07mm and 1.01mm for each day. In liquid culture condition, MMN was the best and malt extract was the second, and the stored biomass were 5.124 0g/100mL and 4.481 0g/100mL 15d after culture, and it grew most slowly in the pine needle extracts. We also found that light was no effects on the growth of Mehyphostroma of Tricholoma matsutake.
