| 摘 要： | 财务管理是企业管理的核心，国有企业的财务管理是我国企业财务管理的重要组成部分。文章针对目前国有企业存在的诸如监督功能弱化、财务管理混乱、会计核算失真及国有资产大量流失等问题，依据财政部的有关政策，提出强化预算管理、资金管理，加强成本控制和风险控制等一系列措施。 |

| Abstract: | The financial management is the core of enterprise management, and the financial management of state-owned enterprise is the important part of our enterprise financial management. This article aiming at the problems which state-owned enterprises exist currently, such as the supervision function weaken, the confusion of the finance management, the accounting distortion, the state-owned property running off in great quantities, etc., pointed out a series of measures according to the relevant policy of Ministry of Finance to establish a modern finance management system with Chinese characteristics with enhancing a budget management, funds management, strengthening the cost analysis and risk control, etc. |
