复合微生态制剂在断奶仔猪生产中的应用研究

摘    要:试验旨在研究复合微生态制剂产品肽菌素对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻率及微生物菌群等的影响。试验选取45头定远黑断奶仔猪,随机分为3个组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.1%、0.2%的肽菌素,每个组3个重复,每个重复为5头猪。饲养试验期为21d。试验结果表明:①试验组1和试验组2的日增重分别比对照组提高了22.5%和12.9%(差异显著,P<0.05);料肉比分别降低了7.87%(差异显著,P<0.05)和4.49%(差异不显著,P>0.05)。②在14d时,试验组1和试验组2的大肠杆菌数比对照组低5.87%和7.02%,均差异显著(P<0.05);在21d时,试验组1与试验组2的乳酸杆菌数分别高出对照组4.18%和4.79%(P<0.05),大肠杆菌数分别比对照组低6.68%和7.84%(P<0.05)。③试验组1和试验组2的IgG水平分别比对照组提高了18.5%和22.4%,均差异显著(P<0.05);试验组1和试验组2的总蛋白含量比对照组提高了9.46%和7.21%,血清尿素氮分别比对照组降低了22.9%和25.1%(P<0.05)。④在14d时,试验组1和试验组2的SIgA水平分别比对照组提高了27.8%和30.6%(P<0.05);在21d时,分别比对照组提高了33.0%和30.1%(P<0.05)。⑤在14d时,试验组1和试验组2的蛋白酶分别比对照组提高了84.0%和99.3%(P<0.01),淀粉酶分别提高了3.98%和7.65%(P>0.05);在21d时,试验组1和试验组2的蛋白酶分别比对照组提高了77.4%和91.2%(P<0.01),淀粉酶分别提高了13.1%和14.3%(P>0.05)。由此可以得出,肽菌素能够减少断奶仔猪的腹泻率,提高其生长性能,还能够改善其微生物菌群,增强其免疫功能。

Abstract:The study was conducted to discuss the effects of compound micro-ecological preparation peptin on the growth performance,diarrhea rate and microbial population of weaned piglets.45 Dingyuan black piglets were divided into three groups.The basal diet was added in control group and 0.1%,0.2% peptin were added to the basal diet in test groups.Each group had three repetitions and each repetitions included 5 piglets.The whole experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed that the daily gain in test group 1 and test group 2 significantly increased 22.5% and 12.9% than control group respectively(P<0.05).And the feed-meat ratio in test group 1 and test group 2 significantly decreased 7.87%(P<0.05)and 4.49%(P>0.05)than control group respectively.On the 14th day,the number of Escherichia coli in test group 1 and test group 2 was 5.87% and 7.02% significantly lower than control group respectively(P<0.05).On the 21st day,the number of lactobacillus in test group 1 and test group 2 was 4.18% and 4.79% higher than control group respectively(P<0.05)and the number of Escherichia coli in test group 1 and test group 2 was 6.68% and 7.84% lower than control group(P<0.05).IgG level in test group 1 and test group 2 significantly increased 18.5% and 22.4% than control group respectively(P<0.05).The content of total protein in test group 1 and test group 2 increased 9.46% and 7.21% than control group respectively(P<0.05).But serum urea nitrogen(SUN) in test group 1 and test group 2 decreased 22.9% and 25.1% than control group respectively(P<0.05).On the 14th day,SIgA level in test group 1 and test group 2 increased 27.8% and 30.6% than control group respectively(P<0.05).On the 21st day,SIgA level in test group 1 and test group 2 increased 33.0% and 30.1% than control group respectively(P<0.05).On the 14th day,the activities of protease in test group 1 and test group 2 increased 84.0%and 99.3% than control group respectively(P<0.01)and amylase activities in test group 1 and test group 2 increased 3.98% and 7.65% than control group respectively(P>0.05).On the 21st day,the activities of protease in test group 1 and test group 2 increased 77.4% and 91.2% than control group respectively(P<0.01)and amylase activities in test group 1 and test group 2 increased 13.1% and 14.3% than control group respectively(P>0.05).In conclusion,peptin could decrease the diarrhea rate of weaned piglets,enhance the growth performance,improve microbial population and enhance the immune function of weaned piglets.
