摘    要:液体控释给药系统属多相复合体系,是一种新型药物传递系统。但由于其在贮存中存在着不稳定性,阻碍了许多产品的上市。以立足于新型辅料的应用来解决上述问题为基础,着重介绍了药用级离子交换树脂在控释给药系统中的应用。

Abstract:Liquid controlled-release drug delivery system is a multiphase composite system,and it is a new drug delivery system. Because of its instability in the storage,many products have encountered obstacles in marketing process. Based on applying new excipients to solve these problems,the application of pharmaceutical-grade ion exchange resin in controlled-release drug delivery system was mainly introduced.
