花椰菜花球性状遗传效应分析

摘    要:以7个花椰菜亲本进行不完全双列杂交,采用朱军提出的加性-显性遗传模型,对花椰菜花球性状进行了遗传效应分析.结果表明,球重、球径、球高均主要受制于基因的显性效应,分别达69.1%、59.0%和60.2%.笔者还对各研究亲本加性效应值和F1组合显性效应值进行了预测.

Abstract:Seven parents of cauliflower were used in incomplete diallel crossing experiment.Analysis of genetic effects for head traits in cauliflower was conducted on the base of the genetic model of additive-dominance.The results indicated that the weight,diameter and height of head were mainly controlled by dominant effect and attain respectively 69.1%,59.0% and 60.2%.Additive effects of the parents and dominant effect of F1 were also predicted.
