摘    要:本文是笔者1984年对江苏、上海等四省、市农民职业技术教育情况的调查研究报告。农民职业技术教育的兴办,迅速改变着农民的智力结构,有力地促进了农村产业结构的变化和商品生产的发展。其共同特点是:多层次,适应性强;多专业,因需设班;多规格,易形成人才梯队;多形式,灵活性大;多渠道,筹建较易,在我国走出了一条投资少、育才快、效益高的农民职业教育的新路子。本文的目的在于探索农村职业教育的最佳模式。

Abstract:This paper is an investigation report concerning the peasantry vocational and technical education by authors investigating the existing conditions in Jiangsu,Shanghai,etc.in 1984.Initiating the peasantry vocational and technical education can change the peasantry intellectual structure and promote transformation of rural industrial structure and the development of commodity production rapidly,The common features of the peasantry education are the forms of multi- layered teaching,very highly adaptable,more professionals and more training courses,more forms and very flexible,more channels and much easier to make preparation for construction so that a new trial has been blazed for the peasantry education with relatively little investment and high benefits and fast to foster the talented farmers. The objective of this paper is to probe into the optimum model of rural vocational education.
