| 摘 要： | 2009年12月从疑似新城疫的商品肉鸡中分离到一株具有血凝性的病毒,经血清学和RT-PCR鉴定,确认为鸡新城疫病毒.该纯化病毒的MDT(最小致死量引起所有鸡胚死亡的平均时间)为56h,ICPI(1日龄SPF鸡脑内接种分离病毒致病指数)为1.76,ELD50(鸡胚半数致死量)为10-(8).5;序列分析表明,该分离株F蛋白基因长1662bp,编码553个氨基酸,推导的F基因氨基酸序列裂解位点为112R-R-Q-K-R-F117,具备强毒的典型特征.经对F基因的全序列分析,该病毒与鸡新城疫病毒F48 E9株,La Sota 株的核苷酸同源性分别为85.9%、83.4%,与TCQQ/Tianjin/08株、CJG/xinjiang/07株核苷酸同源性为99.6%,具备基因Ⅶ型新城疫病毒的分子特征,命名该毒为APMVI/chicken/China/HN68/09.

| Abstract: | A virus which could agglutinate chicken red blood cell from broiler was isolated in December,2010.It is identified as Newcastle Disease virus by serology and RT-PCT experiment.The purified virus'ELD50(the Embryo median lethal dose),MDT(Mean death time of embryos),ICPI(intracerebral pathogenicity index in 1-day-old chickens) was 10-8.5/0.1 mL,56 h,1.76,respectively.The sequencing analysis showed that the F gene encoding 553 amino acids was 1662 bp in length.The deduced amino acid sequences of F gene cleavage... |
