摘    要:为探讨土壤水分对黑土玉米根际磷素转化的影响,采用根箱土壤栽培法,研究了不同土壤水分对不同施磷水平下东北(罴)土玉米根际、非根际磷素转化的影响及其机制.结果表明,土壤水分对玉米根际磷素转化的影响强于非根际,适宜的土壤水分能够促进磷素的转化,提高根际磷素的有效性.合适的水分有利于增加土壤速效磷含量,提高根际铝磷(Al-P)含量,降低根际闭蓄态磷(O-P)含量.土壤水分为田间持水量的60%与40%的处理相比,玉米根际土壤速效磷(Olsen-P)含量增加18.4%.土壤水分为田间持水量的80%处理能够显著增加玉米根际Al-P的含量.土壤pH值随着土壤水分含量的降低而升高,根际pH值升高的幅度低于非根际.

Abstract:A soil cultural pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of soil moisture on phosphorus transformation in black soil in maize rhizosphere,using root box soil culture method.Soil moisture had much stronger effects on phosphorus transformation in maize rhizosphere than those in non-rhizosphere.Appropriate soil moisture could improve phosphorus transformation and its availability.Proper soil moisture could increase Olsen-P contents and Al-P contents,however decrease O-P content.The Olsen-P conte...
