| 摘 要： | 环模制粒机新压模的正确使用,可以通过新压模安装后的调整,正确控制压辊与压模间隙以及制粒机安装后的调整来进行.新压模使用调试应按步骤进行,制粒物料温度可达到65～85℃,水分可控制在15%～17%.为此,介绍了新压模的调整步骤及模孔堵塞的原因和主要解决方法.
