新疆骆驼蓬种子特征·萌发条件及耐盐耐旱特性研究

摘    要:[目的]研究新疆骆驼蓬种子特征、萌发条件及耐盐耐旱特性。[方法]以生长在新疆石河子市郊的骆驼蓬种子为材料,研究其种子特性,测定种子活力和种子吸水率,并以发芽率为指标探讨其最适萌发条件。[结果]骆驼蓬种子种皮具有复杂精细的表面纹饰;长宽比为1.653,千粒重为2.302 g;种子活力和吸水率都较高;种子具有较强的耐盐性,当NaCl浓度为0.8%时,萌发率达16%,但随着盐浓度的升高,萌发率相应下降;在聚乙二醇(PEG)模拟水分胁迫条件下,低浓度PEG(〈5.0%)可提高骆驼蓬种子萌发率,而较高浓度PEG(〉5.0%)下,种子萌发率随着胁迫强度的增加而降低;光照对骆驼蓬种子萌发有促进作用;土壤条件对骆驼蓬种子萌发也有影响,其中骆驼蓬种子在沙壤土(50%)中萌发率最大,其次是河沙(45%),再次是黏土(40%);骆驼蓬种子的最适萌发温度为30℃;0.5 cm为其最适播种深度。[结论]为骆驼蓬人工繁育及大规模人工种植提供理论依据。
