| Abstract: | The two key technologies for safety production of shellfish at home and abroad were introduced, viz., classification and control technology of shellfish culture area; technology of shellfish depuration. Having studied and analysied the key technological parameters, the author puts forward the classification standard of shellfish cultural area, depuration procedures, technical specification of bivalve molluscs in China, and the primarily setting up the technological system for safety production of shellfish. |
