无公害贝类生产技术体系研究

摘    要:介绍国内外在无公害贝类生产方面的两大核心技术:1.贝类养殖区分类管理技术 2.贝类净化技术。对主要技术参数进行了研究和分析,提出了我国贝类养殖区的分类标准、贝类净化工艺和技术规范, 初步建立了我国无公害贝类生产技术体系。

Abstract:The two key technologies for safety production of shellfish at home and abroad were introduced, viz., classification and control technology of shellfish culture area; technology of shellfish depuration. Having studied and analysied the key technological parameters, the author puts forward the classification standard of shellfish cultural area, depuration procedures, technical specification of bivalve molluscs in China, and the primarily setting up the technological system for safety production of shellfish.
